Everyone understands the concept of the “Real Estate Flip” because we see it every day in the real estate world. Some one buys a rundown property at a low cost, they then spends a bunch of money to renovate it and then sells that same property for a profit (hopefully) some short time later.

Well the same thing happens in the online world with websites, but with a unique twist. Site flipping has exploded in recent times as the demand for quality real estate has arrived in the “Virtual” world.

I remember the first time I signed up for an online service. It was a free eBook from Tim Brocklehurst (of “My Viral Spiral” fame) that revieled the truth about building a successful business online. I learned a lot from that little book and the lessons it taught me. However I wished I had remembered those lessons right from the beginning instead of only becoming aware of the message many months later.
